Synopsis:

On the morning of September 11th, terrorists hijacked four commercial jet planes and attempted to fly them into several U.S. targets. One of the planes, American Airlines Flight 11, crashed into Tower One of the World Trade Center at 8:50 AM. United Airlines Flight 175 crashed into Tower Two at 9:04 AM. As the world watched Tower Two collapsed to the ground at about 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, this horrible scene was duplicated at 10:30 AM when Tower One crashed to the ground. This terrorist attack brought about the death of approximately 3,000 men, women and children from nations around the world.

That day, Andrew drove his car to the Fifth Avenue Smith Building. He made a appointment with his best friend, a dentist, James. 

He went down from his car, it was 8.30am. He made a call to his wife while walking to the lift.

"honey, have you reach your office?"

"just walked in, there are so many people in the lift just now."

"Of course, it is World Trade Center."

"How about you? have you met James? Do you feel afraid? Haha."

"I haven't meet him yet, just walking to the lift, thirteen floor right?"

"Ya. Hey honey, my boss was here, I have to offline."

"Ok, see you tonight, remember our promise, have dinner together."

"your dinner? can you chew?"

"Erm, just prepare me a gruel will do."

"Ok, Good Bye, I love you."

"I love you too."

Andrew walked to the lift and came to the thirteen floor. James Dental was opened. The nurse bring him to James. James are still having his breakfast, Andrew just walked to the window and looking to the World Trade Center that nearby the Smith Building.

" My wife worked there, you know right? Look, I am watching her."

"Oh My God, stop showing off, OK. Hey, come here, I really don't understand you, 30 years old only decided to gum contouring.”

“My wife keep on complaining that my teeth disorder, that’s why I am here.”

“Alright, although I not sure that will your teeth look as nice as mine 2 year later but if you want it, I would mind to earn your money.”

Andrew looked to the clock, 8.45am.

“Oh, James, what should I eat for this few day? Is porridge ok?”

“Actually all my client won’t feel like want to eat anything after gum contouring.”

“Then I have to call my wife not to prepare any food for me.”

Andrew pick up his phone and dial to her wife but his wife did not answer it. He feel curious and keep on calling while walking to the window. When he looked to the World Trade Center, he fall his phone. He staring blankly for 1 minute. He quickly pick up his phone and start to call to his wife. He ran out from the dental. The lift are too slow. He run down from the stair, from the Smith Building.

He don’t know that how long he run, he just want to run to his wife. He saw that the World Trade Center are in front of him but he can’t walk to it, there are so many people are there. He keep on shouting and crying but no one pay attention to him. The noise cover Andrew sound.

75 minute later, the whole World Trade Center building collapsed.

20 years later,

Andrew fall asleep while watching television.

Someone walked to him and kiss on his cheek. It waked him up.

“ hey, honey, is time for dinner.”

Yes, the 911 attack did not bring away Andrew wife. Her boss send her to meet a client.

And now, they still keeping their promise.

Dream = Daydream?

I watched a movie called “Czech Dream”. So this post will be all about dream.

If made me looked stupid if I say everyone have a dream, but seriously, everyone will have a dream.

For girls: too many Cinderella story in this world, every girl will wish that they can meet a prince, a handsome, tall, rich, smart prince. Although it sound impossible but, who didn’t think about it before?

For boys: they always think that they will be a hero one day in his future( when they are still young).

But must this all become a daydream? They will happen in one day maybe in a different way but the same meaning.

For girls: they can become a princess also--- in front of soul mate. He will be a  prince in your eye no matter how worse is he in other eye.

For boys: do help an old one cross a road count as hero? Do give a seat to a pregnant women in a bus count as hero?

Dream are not daydream if you use a different way to treat it.

On the other hand, dream made you grow, even though a country or a world.

For example:  before 1956, the citizen in Malaysia always dream about independent. If they have never think before of it, will Malaysia now independent?

Another example: If we never think about to land on the moon, will 1959 moon landing happen?

Dream will be a force to success, so everyone, DREAM now.

TV in MY life

Television program divided to four type:

• ·         Actualities
• ·         Content
• ·         Persuasion
• ·         Drama

Four of them involved into my family life.

For actualities, example are like news report and national geographic.

My family MUST watch news after our dinner, it is one of our activities.

For national geographic, my sister and I like it too especially for the animal one, we can learn that how the animal live.

For content, example are like sport and Formula 1.

This will be my dad interest. He prefer football game so much especially the game that involved Arsenal.

For Persuasion, like advertisement, it must show up while we are watching television programmer, how annoying. But some of the advertisement really meaningful , like if you saw someone smoking, shake your finger and put on your mouth.

For drama, it will be my mom favourite, my addicted to drama so much. It can be any kind of drama, drama from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea or China.

Book FREAK

I can said that I’m a book freak. ( sound weird? Whatever)

I love to read book since I was young. I can even read some story book under my desk while teacher are teaching. I know that it can’t count as a good example but seriously I really addicted on book. I can’t sleep if I haven finish my book, without the ending. It train me to finish a novel in one or two hour, is this called as a talent?

I used to shopping in book store, like popular. They have many book that are unwrapped, I can just read it there and no need to purchased it. Sometime I can finish 2 or 3 book in an afternoon.

Actually my mom  don’t like I spent too much time in book, she prefer me to involved more in public speaking but mom, this is my hobby.

OK, just speak more about book.

Again, our tutor asked us to bring a book to share in class. I brought “Twilight”, I think everyone know about this book. 

Our tutor didn’t ask us to say about the synopsis but what it bring to us.

What I had said in the class is go after what you want. In the book, a “species” problem happen between a human, a vampire and a ware wolf; in reality, “race” problem happen between a Chinese, Malay or Indian.

Some of my friend faced a lot of problem in her relationship just because her boyfriend different race with her. Friend and family bring a lot of stress to her.

We can’t choose our race but we can choose our love one. I’m not saying that we should ignore the problem between family and us but just try to solve it. (Although I don’t knows how to because I haven’t  met this problem before).

This is what a book brought me- a lot of question, a lot of thinking. Should I just enjoy my reading and don’t think too much?

WELL, before this, i always use magazine for relax, to look about fashion, which celebrities are pretties.
After one of my tutorial, our tutor asked us to comment something that we get from the magazine and what respond( action) that we take.
Then I only think about this question (seriously)!!!
I don't ever think before that a magazine can really teach/ bring us something.
After my keep on "thinking".... And i found that i really done something.
I think most of the magazine will have a section of make up. They will have some cosmetic suggestion, some skill for make up, for example, how to your false eyelashes look natural, how to draw a sexy lip.
I try the skill that i learnt on my next dating or event.
Unconsciously, I learnt something and became quite professional in make up.

The woman want to have a slim body shape is because we are in a society that "slim are beautiful"...

So, Social Learning Theory shown up, like the little girl learn from her mom that :"slim is nice, don't eat too much or no want going to marry you!"

It made almost all of the girl or woman prefer to have a slim body shape. They get slim body by using some "stupid"ways like surgery and serious on diet.

 It cause so many anorexia nervosa case in this world, some of the girl even died because of this disease.

For you, do you want to have a slim body size with much toil or a normal body size with a happy and easy life?

For me, I prefer to have a slim body size, do I been influence by this society?

One of the daily activities

I can't live without newspaper~~~
Sound funny when it comes out from a teenager like me (^^)
But seriously, i really can't live without newspaper...
I read "Guang Ming" for the mandarin newspaper and "The Star" for the English newspaper. Just either one.

I will always feel curious about what happen on today. 
Did any accident happen? Any artist marry with someone? Any disaster?
The section that I most prefer must be the entertainment one. It must be that because I' m a Girllll...
I want to know about is there anything happen to my idol. I can also check that what movie is on air now.
Actually I prefer the International section too. I can found that is there anything happen on the other country, some interesting that happen in another country like a twin brother married with a twin sister, a woman found that she married with his father after his husband pass away.
But I didn't ever read for the sports section before. It is because I know nothing about sports, I don't know about anything about football except C.Ronaldo (handsome) ; know about nothing about badminton except Lin Dan and Datuk Lee Chong Wei....
So, the conclusion is I need newspaper every day. 

Don't say what you see~

YA~ It is taboo game~ one of the game or lesson that I learn form my tutorial~

What it look like~

It is easy to play, just let your partners guess the words that shown in the card~* But there are some rules: there are some words that been marked down that you can't said it while you are explaining the word and each person have only one minute( I think) to "explain" the word to your partners.
ERM~ I just want to talk about what I think after playing this game~
What lecturer told us is we can learn how to pass a message to other from this game~
It is true~ but I just want to add on some idea from me~
The game teach us that how to talk tactful. I means like sometime we want to correct someone, we can use indirect way or words, it won't make people feel hurt and you still can pass you massage to him/ her~
It is an useful communication skill, for your social life even for work~

P/s: Hope my lecturer can bring us other but this kind of game for our other tutorial~

Regret theory?

Have you ever feel that you brought a thing and you feel regret~
It happen on me all the time~
It is because sometime I saw something and I feel like it is so nice, suit me and....
But when I bought it home, then I will start regret, I will feel like " how can I bought this UGLY thing? I does not suit me at all.

Sometime I feel like I need this dress so much for me to go party or ...
But When I bought it home, then I will feel like I have the alike dress at home or that dress not suit me to go anywhere~ I waste a lot of money, And I need to cut the budget that I used to eat~(CRY)
I have many useless stuff at my room, it made me look sloppy and always get scolded by my mom~
How should I clean this thing away???????

Movie Delicatessen

Delicatessen is a France movie, a cemody movie and a movie that better than BARAKA~ haha

The lecturer told us that the genres of the movie is cemody, but from what I had seen is the movie not just cemody it is also horror, romance and crime. 
Actually I just understand 70% of the movie, but I still feel enjoy about it. It make me feel that the director of the movie is quite cool. It is because usually I don't like the movie that look like 60 century, I don't feel enjoy when my parent watching it.

Actually, I love her acting. She is a nervous but brave girl. She can do anything for her love, like betrayed her father, the murder and butcher.

 The romance part that i feel, make me feel like titanic~

Review on Something? SPCA

I think almost everyone heard about SPCA before? OR?

What does SPCA mean?
Official: SPCA is used in animal welface circles as an acronym for Society for the Prevention 
             of Cruelty to Animal.
Me: SPCA is a place for the animal that abandon by their host, a place for the people 
         to adopt pet.

Actually I went to SPCA before when I' m 16.

                                                            With Puppy  
         The first impression thati walked in to SPCA is their environment is quite dirty and smelly. There are many dog run over here and there. Maybe the people in charge don't have enough money to improve the environment. BUT it is still ok for the animal, at least those people gave them a home.
       

          I and my there to help them to clean the place... YES, we are doing the thing that u think... Clean the animal shit... haha... Actually it quite tough to me, it is because i don't have an animal at home. My mom don't like animals. This is the first time i help the animal to clean their cage... what we need to do is, take that the newspaper that is fulled of "THING" from their cage, then we "SPLASH" the cage with water pipe, after that, we put a new newspaper to  cage and a water bowl.. Sound easy, right? But actually not, because we need to get the dogs out from their cage to change the stuff. When u get the dog out from the cageand they will feel like just come out from prison... You hard to get them back to it. AND remember their are not puppy, almost all of them are adult dog with the huge body size. 

       
         We done the at the evening, after that all of us are so tired. And we also bring back some "souvenir" from the dogs, some "SCRATCH"...

        Actually the worker at SPCA really take care the dogs and cats there. So, if u really don't want your cats or dogs, please send it to there, not just simply throw it to anywhere.

Prison Break, a famous drama~
The story happen at Fox River prison, Chicago and some place that near there.

Lincoln and Micheal

A drama that contain many type of genres...
Thriller: when Micheal digging the hole to break out but the police come to patrol. When killer looking for Micheal and Lincoln

Drama: this is drama about how Micheal help him brother, Lincoln to break out from the Fox River prison. The two brother find out all the things that cause Lincoln been wronged. It have four season and it is a damn long story with a surprise ending.

Action: when they fight like Lincoln fight with the division guy, Lincoln fight with Racheal.

Crime: what did the Division done like wronged Lincoln for killing president, send killer to kill Lincoln and Micheal. Racheal taken Sara. Micheal break out from the prison.

Romance: between Sara and Micheal, Sara loved Micheal so much and do a lot of illegal things because of Micheal. Micheal can do any things for Sara.

Free from Media Appreciation? NO

Yes~ analysis the model~
As what i know, MAC is a famous cosmetic brands... The advertising image is focus on the model eye this is because the image is promoting mascara. So they hide the model lips because they don't want the model lips grab buyer attraction. From the model eye, you can feel her confident. You will also attract by her because of her charming eye. The model brown hair and fair skin also help people put attraction on her eye.

About a movie that called BARAKA

Ok~ this is about our class for media appreciation. Lecturer said that he will gave us to watch a movie or video in our class~ He said that he like this movie very much and he watch it for hundred time and didn’t feel boring about it. Seriously? But before he play the movie in the class, he told us that we have to focus on it no matter how boring you feel at the first 10 minute for it. What? I thought that it won’t make me feel boring even one minute. Ok~ I try to be focus on it. The thing that I remember is the movie start with some bird fly over here and there and a monkey in a lake or river. It really make me feel boring, I am going to sleep at the time. But suddenly a gang of people sitting on the floor and shouting or spelling something. They look like sami and holding ceremony. Lecturer said that we will also get some idea or “surprise” from it. What I get from this view is like maybe in our eye, their action is so funny and superstitions, but maybe in them, it is important, they are praying for luck or healthy for them. Another part that I interest is about some chick in the industry. At 1^st, we just feel like: “wow so cute”, but the next slide is the worker catch the chick and “burn” their “mouth”. It is so mean, I saw it from a book before, the worker burn their mouth is to prevent they fight and injured. It make the boss can’t sell them with the good price. I feel it so mean but I’m not vegetarian, I eat chicken also, am I mean also?  It is hard for me to become vegetarian, I love meat. It make me think about we always say that the guy that killed or mistreatment dog and cat are mean, but we eat chicken and duck is mean too…

What is the first thing came to your mind when u saw this picture? Sexy? Hot? Yes~ haha~ this picture shown in my 1^st tutorial class of media appreciation. The lecturer separated us to become six person in a group. He called us to discuss about this picture,analysis it. Then we start to discuss, about ‘him’. Erm…his smile so charm, he is so confident, his muscular, and why is the picture is in black and white… And the lecturer called one of the member from each group to give out their opinion.Unluckily, we are the last group, almost all our point are same we other, bt actualy we not dare to bethe 1^st one, because we are ‘SHY’ haha. But, we havethe special point, that is about the black and white of the picture, none of the guy say about it. But in our opinion, we thought that it is because the model is too confident so that he don’t need any colour to help him to bring out the meaning of the advertisement. But we get a new idea from our lecturer, he said that maybe the black and white is help the people to put their focus on the white underwear. Wow~ it is cool, we don’t even think about this idea. Haha~ I think this is the message that the lecturer want to give out in the semiotic class, it mean that even a same things or picture, everyone will get different message from it.

I think "TAKEN" can be count as the movie I love and enjoy most in my Top 3 list~

I father recommend this movie to me. Honestly, at first, I thought that it was just a normal action movie, nothing special at all..BUT, when I start watching this movie, I can't STOP. It was damn nice and the plot is quite meaningful. Maybe the action is quite cool or interesting for some other guys. But what attracted me is the love from the father to the daughter...

It begin with a girl called KIM has a divorced parent. She live with her mother and stepfather...ok ok...just start with the point, Kim lie to her father( Bryan) say that she is going to Paris with her friend (Amanda) for the U2 concert, but actually not just Paris and is European. Bryan find out that but because of the complaint from his ex-wife, he allowed his daughter to go. 

The things start when Kim arrive the airport, a guys name Peter show up and say that he would share a cab with Kim and friend. When they reach Amanda cousin condominium, Amanda invite Peter to her house and told Peter that no one is in the house now. Kim was shocked, she know nothing about that....

THEN, some guy show up and catch them..At the time, Kim is having phone call with her father. Bryan is a retired CIA, he told Kim to shout out anything thing that she saw from the kidnapper so that he can find her...

THe action place start... Bryan come to the Paris to save her daughter... The way that he save maybe is illegal but can we just judge that.. Peter die while Bryan chasing him, can we judge that Bryan unintentionally killed Peter?  

Bryan almost die because of Kim, it is so touching....( it is a Melodramatic movie, absent father and daughter reconnect)

This movie also cant count as the ability to distinguish emotional from reasoned reactions, like touch us at so touching scene, we enjoy losing ourselves in a good movie...
